Purchasing online is possible with and without the registration. Personal details provided for purchasing are confidential information and will not be disclosed to third parties, with the exception of the circumstances where we are required to do so by law.

All registered users receive a monthly newsletter for loyal customers, when you are ready to order, the necessary information in already filled in for you automatically. In addition, "My Account" section allows you to check the purchase history and invoices.

Choose the products you like: use filtration system, You could choose products by Country, taste, producer.
Add the selected products to your cart.
Fill in the personal data and choose the delivery method. Registrated customers will have their personal data entered automatically.
Choose the payment method: onine-banking by Swedbank and SEB or request an invoice and pay later.

PLACING AN ORDER

After finishing placing an order you will receive the confirmation email regarding to an order you had made (it is important that you have given the correct email address). After we have received the payment, your order will be made and we will send you the confirmation email when your purchased items have been shipped. An order (depending on the purchased goods), which was placed, will be shipped in up to three days.

In case of problems or difficulties we will get in contact with you, as soon as possible, via email or telephone (if you have included your phone number)

COMPLAINTS

Returning of goods will be accepted within 14 days of delivery, the postage costs must be covered by the customer. Returns, which are used and without original packaging are not subject for return.
