The smell give a sensation of freshly pressed lemon, the taste is
sweet and fresh, with a light lemon’s peel aftertaste. Lemon EVO oil has an excellent aftertaste, on a simple “slice of bread” leaves a fresh and perfumed taste. Perfect to dress shrimp salads. Optimal to mix a good plate of “Tagliolini al limone” with raw spinach, parmesan cheese and walnuts. Excellent condiment for salads, boiled vegetables, advised also for dressing fish and meat both steam or grilled.
