The AGRESTIS brine black olives “Tonda Iblea”, are picked in January and February, one after the other, and put in suitable containers on the same day. They are manually selected and brined producing an excellent taste of tomato, thyme and sage. These olives have a very thick and plentiful pulp and their taste is unique, lightly bitterish, delicate and appetizing. Wash away salt before using. Olives are with stones.
