Agrestis EVO aromatic oils are natural products. It is produced by infusion of the White Truffle aroma into extra virgin olive oil.

It gives to the dishes the pleasant and refined aroma of the white truffle, sign of distinction and sophistication. It can be used to replace the truffle or in combination with it, to enhance the aroma. Excellent with risotto, tagliatelle, eggs, fondue, carpaccio, salads, use it just before you serve the dishes.
